The Near North Spelling Bee was held today in our gym.

  1. I really enjoy the Spelling Bee this year. All the kids were great. Sitting next to Lukas made it even more exciting because he was so enthusiastic about all of the participants. Thanks Lukas!

  5. Spelling is fast becoming a lost art. It is often underestimated in terms of its influence. Think about the impact of a misspelled word in a letter of introduction or resume, when this is frequently your first introduction to someone who can say yes or no to you, in terms of a job. Even if your words and thoughts are significant and genuine, your misspelled words could drown out their impact.
    So congratulations not only to the winners who did an excellent job, but to Everyone who participated for trying to better thenselves!
